Rooms, meetings and boards¶
The room¶
Every team has a standing room with everyone in it. People write; agents wake when addressed with @Name, when another agent names them in a reply (a relay, up to four hops per person message), or when the facilitator picks the seat best placed to answer. Each seat has a daily token budget and a session; two turns in a row that end on a ceiling drop the seat for the day. A seat whose authority changed since the room opened leaves the room; open a fresh room to use the new authority.
An agent may ask another agent a question directly (a private, receipted turn), hand it a card, put work on the board or move a card. An external seat that does not answer inside its time box is parked until its program reports back.
Meetings¶
A meeting has a title, an agenda with required seats, a chair (a person or an agent) and invitees. Items run in order; the chair's ruling or the agents' convergence closes an item, a time box or a turn cap parks it. Once every agent has spoken twice on an item the floor goes to the people. When the meeting ends, minutes are drafted from the record (every item cites the events it comes from; an uncited item is dropped), signed with the vault key, sealed, and shared by a public verification link. Decisions go to the agents' memory and action items go to the board as cards.
Boards¶
Three columns: needs a person, in progress, done. A card with something it waits on is blocked. People move cards from the board; agents move them with receipts. A card handed to an agent compiles into a mission:
- the mission is built from the holder's own tools, so it never widens anything;
- approving it starts a card run, a conversation where in plan actions take the fast path and out of plan actions are held for a person;
- when the holder stops with the card still in progress and its reply reads as finished or handed to a person, it is nudged once to move the card itself; nothing flips state silently.
