Documents

The Documents view is the agent's shared library. Upload files once and the agent can read and analyse them in any chat in that workspace.

Uploading

Drop files into the document area or click to upload. Supported formats include PDF, TXT, CSV, XLSX, and DOCX. Documents are shared across all chats in the workspace, so you don't re-upload per conversation.

Using documents

  • Reference an uploaded document in your message and the agent reads it as part of its plan.
  • You can also attach a document to a specific request so the agent focuses on it.
  • Combine with skills like Documents or Legal Documents for deeper analysis.

Connector imports

Beyond direct upload, you can pull files in from connectors, Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, into the document library or attach them directly to a request.

Privacy

For sensitive documents, pair the agent with Redact so PII is anonymised before it reaches any model.
