Compliance Tracker

The Compliance Tracker is a single view of every upcoming regulatory deadline across your clients, licence expiries, visa renewals, tax filing dates, contract end dates, and more.

Where deadlines come from

  • Auto-extracted, when a workflow processes a document, Scroll captures relevant expiry/renewal dates and adds them to the Tracker automatically.
  • Manual, add a deadline yourself (label, date, category, and a reminder window).

Categories include licence, permit, tax, contract, insurance, and compliance.

Reminders

Each deadline can carry a reminder window (e.g. 7 / 14 / 30 days before). A daily job fires reminders as deadlines approach, delivered by email or Telegram. A badge in the sidebar flags deadlines that need attention.

Relationship to Renewal Autopilot

The Tracker shows deadlines; Renewal Autopilot acts on them, auto-preparing the actual renewal package before the deadline and routing it for approval. Use the Tracker for visibility and manual items; use Autopilot to make recurring renewals hands-off.
